    We need your contact details so we can reply to your query and resolve any issues. We also may need to contact you to verify you as a customer for any assistance related to our business relationship (if applicable)

    We do not send any direct marketing or targeted advertising material, nor do we use any services or service providers related to marketing. If, in the future, we decide to start advertising and marketing we will be sure to request your consent, and never use your personal data to send you any marketing material if we do not have your consent.

    Any data relating to queries will be kept until the query is resolved, unless you are a customer with whom we have had prior business relations, we reserve the rights to keep this data for longer. Any data relating to our business relationship history and trading data (administration and accounts documents referring to transactions) is kept for 10 years after termination of our business relationship.
